How long will it take to build my website?
The timeline will vary depending on the size of your website. For example, a typical 5 page site is usually completed within 2 weeks, while a larger 15 page site may take around 3–5 weeks. If you have a specific deadline in mind, I’ll be happy to accommodate it.
Will I be able to make edit on my own?
Of course! I design every website to be simple and intuitive for clients to update, edit, and add content. If you’d like extra support, I also offer 1-on-1 tutorials to walk you through the process. And if you prefer not to handle updates yourself, I can take care of them for you at an hourly rate negotiable.
How does the payment process work?
When I send an invoice, it will include my bank details so you can make a direct transfer. Typically, 60% of the total is due at the start of the project, with the remaining balance payable upon completion. Once payment is received, I’ll provide a receipt for your records.
Any hidden fees I should be aware of?
Custom features like MLS listings, booking forms, or widgets may be billed hourly, but most sites don’t require this since it’s included in the standard build. You won’t face surprise fees unless the scope changes, and I avoid monthly subscriptions to keep costs down.
Does my website need maintenance?
Websites typically need just a few minutes of maintenance each month. In fact, many can go several months without issues. The main upkeep involves updating plugins and the WordPress framework to keep everything secure and running smoothly.
How do we get the project started?
To get started, I’ll need:

Once you pay for your website, it should fully belong to you.
